Dental clinics · Kerala & UAE

Dental marketing that fills chairs, not dashboards

We run the websites, search, listings, ads, social and front-desk automation for dental clinics in Kochi, Kothamangalam and across Kerala, and for clinics in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Every campaign is built to the advertising rules your regulator actually enforces.

Why clinics call us

Three things going wrong in most dental practices

Enquiries arrive and nobody calls back

A patient fills the form at 8pm or rings while the chair is occupied. By the time anyone looks, they have booked with someone else. The marketing worked. The follow-up did not.

Eleven reviews. The clinic down the road has two hundred.

Nobody at the desk asks, because nobody has a system for asking. The map listing loses to a practice with worse dentistry and better habits.

Ad spend running with no call tracking

Money goes out monthly and nobody can say which treatment enquiries it produced. Without a tracked number on the landing page, "it's working" is a feeling, not a number.

And one nobody warns you about

Dental advertising is regulated in both markets. An agency that does not know the rules writes copy that puts your licence at risk, not theirs. That is dealt with further down this page.

What we run

Seven modules. Take all of them or take one.

Each opens for the detail: what it is, what you actually receive, and how long before the first result shows. Nothing here is bundled — clinics start with one or two and add the rest once they trust the reporting.

Mobile-first clinic sites with a page per treatment, real doctor profiles, online booking and WhatsApp click-to-chat. Malayalam and English for Kerala builds; Arabic and English with full right-to-left layout for UAE builds.

You receive: the site, the domain and hosting in your name, treatment pages you can extend, and a booking flow that works on a phone held one-handed in a waiting room.

First result: typically 3–5 weeks to launch. Matters more in: both, though UAE clinics need the Arabic build from day one rather than as a phase two.

Before-and-after galleries are built compliance-gated — see the advertising rules section. We do not ship one that breaches your regulator's imaging conditions.

A page per treatment rather than one page listing everything: implants, braces, clear aligners, root canal, cosmetic, paediatric. Keyword mapping across those, technical fixes, structured data, and local ranking work.

You receive: the treatment-page architecture, the technical fixes documented, schema markup, and monthly ranking movement tied to the treatments you actually want to fill.

First result: movement on long-tail treatment-plus-town queries in 8–12 weeks; competitive head terms take longer and we say so before you start.

The market split matters here. Kerala clinics compete on treatment-plus-town searches where competition is thin and a well-built page ranks quickly. UAE clinics compete on high-value cosmetic and insurance-driven queries at far higher cost per click, where organic depth is worth more per visit.

Claim and verify, correct categories and services, service-area setup, a photo cadence that does not stop after week two, Q&A seeding, and weekly posts.

You receive: the optimised profile, a review-request workflow your front desk can actually run, and response templates for good and bad reviews.

First result: profile work lands immediately; map-pack movement usually shows in 6–10 weeks.

Why this one first. For a single-location clinic the map pack sits above the organic results and converts harder than anything else on the page. The review workflow is a named deliverable because it is the part every clinic intends to do and none of them do.

Search campaigns on high-intent treatment terms, Performance Max where the account has the data to support it, call-only campaigns for mobile, call tracking with dynamic number insertion, and negative keyword hygiene run weekly rather than quarterly.

You receive: a landing page per treatment instead of ads pointed at your homepage, tracked call recording where the law allows it, and reporting in cost per booked consultation.

First result: traffic on day one; a reliable cost-per-consultation figure after roughly 4–6 weeks of data.

Ad spend is billed directly to your own account. We never mark it up, and the account stays in your name.

Nobody Googles "clear aligners" until someone plants the idea. Awareness and offer campaigns for aligners, whitening, implants and full-mouth cases, with creative produced rather than stock-picked.

You receive: the creative, lead forms wired to instant WhatsApp follow-up, retargeting from site visitors and video viewers, and lookalike audiences where the platform and data-protection rules permit them.

First result: 2–4 weeks to a working creative angle. Expect to discard the first round; that is how it works.

Matters more in: both, but it carries more of the load in the UAE where cosmetic demand is created rather than captured.

A content calendar, short-form video explaining treatments in plain language, doctor-led credibility content, reels editing, and review highlight posts.

You receive: the calendar, the edited content, and a shooting guide so a nurse with a phone can capture usable footage between patients.

First result: a consistent feed inside a month; compounding after that.

Language: Malayalam content for Kerala clinics, Arabic for UAE. Content filmed on your premises carries obligations for you as the facility — that is covered in the advertising rules section.

A voice and chat agent that picks up missed calls and WhatsApp messages, answers what it can from your own clinic information, qualifies the enquiry, and proposes a slot.

The agent proposes. A human decides. It never confirms a booking on its own, never gives clinical advice, and never changes a patient record without a staff member approving it. If it cannot help, it hands over with the full conversation attached rather than looping.

You receive: the agent trained on your treatments, timings, location and pricing policy; the escalation rules; and a log of every conversation it handled.

First result: live in 2–3 weeks. Matters more in: both — missed calls are the most expensive thing in a dental practice and neither market is short of them.

Built on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, not the unofficial libraries that get clinic numbers banned. That distinction matters more than it sounds.

What are missed calls costing you?

Enter your own numbers. Nothing is pre-filled, because a default here would be us guessing about your practice.

Enter all three numbers to see a figure.

This multiplies the numbers you enter, assuming 26 working days a month. It is an arithmetic illustration of your own inputs — not a forecast, a projection, or a promise of results.

Advertising rules

The part most agencies get wrong for you

Dental advertising is regulated in both markets, and the exposure sits with the clinic, not the agency. Here is what actually applies. Everything below is quoted from the regulator's own document, with the instrument named so you can check it.

India — what the code permits

Your website is expressly allowed. Regulation 8.2.9 of the Revised Dentists (Code of Ethics) Regulations, 2014 states that maintaining websites about dentists or dental clinics where all information is factual will not be construed as unethical practice, and that websites can carry details of treatment facilities and the fees for them.

So is publishing your fees. Regulation 5.7.1: "There is no bar on the display of fees and other charges in the Dental Clinic."

And directory listings. Regulation 8.2.8 permits listings through telephone directories, yellow pages or the internet.

India — what is restricted, and what changed

The same regulations restrict claims to superiority or special skills over others. Comparative and superiority language is the line most dental marketing crosses first.

The regulator itself has changed. The Dental Council of India was dissolved on 19 March 2026 and replaced by the National Dental Commission, which has not yet notified a replacement code. No replacement code has been notified, so the 2014 regulations remain the reference point state councils apply, and ethics enforcement now runs through the Commission's Ethics and Dental Registration Board via the State Dental Councils.

Confirm your current position with your State Dental Council before relying on any summary, including this one.

UAE — who actually approves the advert

MOHAP issues the licence, not the DHA. Advertising a dental clinic in the UAE requires a healthcare advertisement licence from the Ministry of Health and Prevention, granted after MOHAP reviews the advertisement itself. DHA's own service portal directs advertisement matters to MOHAP.

MOHAP's published service cards list an application fee of AED 100 plus AED 1,000 per month or AED 3,000 per year, with an average service time of one to three working days, covering both social accounts and website advertisements.

One account only. MOHAP permits one advertising account per licensed institution: "If more than one account is opened for the same institution, all of its accounts on the program will be frozen."

UAE — what DHA and DoH require on top

DHA's Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media (DHA/HRS/HPSD/ST-21 v1.1) require the official account to display the MOHAP advertisement licence number, Medical Director approval for anyone promoting a service that names your facility, and archiving of posts because HRS may conduct an audit. The facility is liable for content filmed on its premises, including on personal devices.

Abu Dhabi differs. The Department of Health requires advertisement materials to be logged on DoH systems via TAMM by representatives who have completed DoH's training programme, per Circular No. 26/2023. Whether a MOHAP licence is also required alongside DoH logging should be confirmed with DoH before a campaign runs — no published text settles it.

Dubai Healthcare City is separate again. Clinics inside DHCC need DHCR approval via MASAAR at least 14 working days before the advertising date.

Both regimes ban a shared vocabulary. DHA prohibits words including "the best", "the only", "exclusive", "safest", "guaranteed", "100%" and "immediate results". MOHAP's list is near-identical and adds "pain free", "safe", and permanence claims. India restricts claims of superiority. You will not find any of those words in copy we write, which is also why you will not find them anywhere on this page.

Before-and-after images are permitted with conditions, not banned. MOHAP requires a same-size disclaimer that results vary between individuals. DHA additionally requires the same individual, the same lens, no retouching, a statement of risks, and documented patient consent. We build the gallery to those conditions or we do not build it.

What we do about it: pre-publication review of every asset, permit-ready creative prepared in the format the regulator expects, and claims checked before spend goes live — not after a notice arrives.

Scope

Three ways clinics start

We do not publish package prices, because a single-chair practice in Kothamangalam and a six-chair cosmetic clinic in Dubai are not the same job. Tell us which of these you recognise and we will scope it properly.

Get found

For a clinic that is effectively invisible online. Google Business Profile claimed and optimised, the review workflow installed, and a site that loads fast and takes a booking. The foundation everything else needs.

Fill the diary

For a clinic that is found but not booked. Treatment-page SEO, Google and Meta ads with call tracking, landing pages per treatment, and reporting in cost per booked consultation.

Stop the leaks

For a clinic already spending on marketing and losing enquiries after they arrive. The AI front-desk agent, WhatsApp follow-up, reminders, and reactivation of patients who stopped coming.

How it runs

Four steps, and what each costs you in time

Clinic owners rarely object to the fee. They object to the meetings. Here is exactly how much of your week this takes.

Audit

Week 0 · 45 minutes of yours

We review your listing, site, current spend and where enquiries currently die. You get the findings whether or not you engage us. One call, no deck.

Build

Weeks 1–4 · about two hours total

Site, tracking, profile and campaigns get built. Your time goes on approving copy, supplying treatment details, and one photo session. We chase you; you do not chase us.

Launch

Week 4–5 · 30 minutes

Campaigns go live after compliance review. We walk your front desk through the review workflow and the enquiry handover, because that is where most systems fail.

Optimise

Ongoing · 30 minutes a month

One monthly call against the numbers. Negative keywords, creative rotation, ranking movement, and what we are changing next. No weekly status meetings.

Proof

What we can actually show you

We are not going to put invented percentages on this page. Dental clinics are a regulated sector and a marketing partner who fabricates numbers here will fabricate them in your ad copy too. So here is what is checkable instead.

A registered company with an address you can visit

Beeps Digital Private Limited, CIN U62010KL2026PTC100348, at Nellikuzhi, Kothamangalam, Ernakulam district. Not a landing page and a payment link.

The reporting you get, before you sign

Ask for a sample report on the audit call. You will see the actual monthly format — cost per booked consultation, ranking movement by treatment, call volume and what was missed — with client details removed.

Official tooling, not workarounds

WhatsApp automation on the official Business Cloud API. The unofficial libraries are cheaper and get clinic numbers banned, which costs you the number patients already have.

Named clients are the one thing you will not see

Publishing a dental client's name alongside marketing claims creates exposure for that clinic under its own regulator. We do not do it, which is also why we will not name you.

Questions

What clinic owners ask us

What does dental clinic marketing cost?
We scope it per clinic rather than publishing packages, because a single-chair practice and a multi-chair cosmetic clinic need different work. The audit call is free and ends with a written scope and a figure. Ad spend is billed directly to your own account and never marked up.
How long before we see results?
Google Business Profile work and paid ads produce enquiries in the first weeks. SEO on treatment-plus-town searches typically moves in 8 to 12 weeks. Competitive cosmetic terms in the UAE take longer, and we tell you that before you spend rather than after.
How long is the contract?
There is no lock-in. We work month to month. If the reporting does not justify the spend you should be able to stop, and a contract that prevents that is protecting us rather than you.
Who owns the website and the ad accounts?
You do. The domain, hosting, Google Ads account, Meta account and Google Business Profile are created in your clinic's name with you as owner and us as a manager. If you leave, you keep all of it and we remove our access.
Do you work with clinics outside Kerala and the UAE?
Yes, though these are the two markets we know the advertising rules for in detail. Everything is delivered remotely, so location is not a constraint. For a clinic elsewhere we would tell you plainly which parts of our regulatory knowledge do not transfer.
Where is Beeps Digital based, and do you have a UAE office?
We are based at Nellikuzhi, Kothamangalam, in Ernakulam district, Kerala. We do not have a UAE office. UAE clinics are served remotely from Kerala, and we would rather say so than list an address we do not occupy.
What does the AI agent do when it cannot help a caller?
It stops and hands over. The caller is told a person will follow up, and your team receives the full conversation so nobody has to start again. It does not loop, it does not guess, and it does not give clinical advice under any circumstances.
What happens to enquiries that arrive outside working hours?
They are answered immediately by the agent, qualified, and queued with a proposed slot for your team to confirm when you open. Nothing sits unanswered overnight, and nothing is confirmed to a patient without a human approving it.
How is patient data handled?
Enquiry data stays in systems you own and we access as a manager. We do not export patient lists, and we do not move clinical records. WhatsApp runs on the official Business Cloud API rather than unofficial tooling. In India the DPDP framework applies; in the UAE your facility's own data obligations apply, and we work inside whatever your licence requires.
Is advertising approval included?
We prepare permit-ready creative and review every asset before publication, and we assemble what the regulator asks for. The licence and the approval are issued to your clinic, not to us, so the application is submitted in your name with our support. In the UAE that is a MOHAP advertisement licence, plus emirate-level requirements from DHA, DoH or DHCR depending on where you are.
Can you guarantee more patients?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Both UAE regulators explicitly prohibit guaranteed-outcome advertising, and India restricts superiority claims. What we commit to is the work, the tracking, and honest reporting of what it produced.
Can you show before-and-after photos on our social media?
In the UAE yes, under conditions: the same individual, the same lens, no retouching, a statement of risks, documented patient consent, and a disclaimer in the same font size as the rest of the post stating results vary between individuals. In India, patient imagery is restricted under the 2014 regulations and we would check your State Dental Council's current position before publishing any.
