A digital marketing agency in Kerala, with one office and seven places we visit

We have one office, in Nellikuzhi, Kothamangalam, and we would rather tell you exactly where we turn up in person than claim a branch in every district. Seven places get visits: Kothamangalam, Muvattupuzha, Perumbavoor, Thodupuzha, Angamaly, Aluva and Kochi. For the rest of Kerala, and for Kerala businesses whose buyers live in the Gulf, the work runs on calls and WhatsApp. The services do not change: Meta ads, Google Ads, SEO, websites and WhatsApp follow-up, in Malayalam and English.

Areas we serve

Where we work in Kerala, and what in person means

Search for a digital marketing agency in Kerala and you will find firms listing an office in every district. We have one. It sits near the Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences in Nellikuzhi, on the Kothamangalam–Perumbavoor road, and every account on this site is run from it. This page sets out which places we visit, which we serve remotely, and how the work differs between them.

Seven places are close enough for regular visits. Kothamangalam is home. Muvattupuzha and Thodupuzha lie to the south; Perumbavoor, Aluva and Angamaly sit along the roads west towards the airport; Kochi, 53 km away, gets visits by appointment. In each, the first meeting and the audit happen at your premises, Monday to Saturday, because a signboard, a counter and a map pin explain more than a video call.

Beyond those seven we work remotely: Thrissur, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kerala businesses whose buyers live in Dubai, Riyadh or Doha. The method is the same; only the meetings move to a screen. We will not publish a page for a town we cannot reach, and we will not invent a local address to rank there.

What we run

Four services, run the same way across Kerala

Each card opens the detailed page for that service, written for Kothamangalam, where the office is. The method travels; the keywords, radius and budget are set per town during the audit.

Meta ads in Malayalam and English

Every Kerala campaign starts with two questions: which radius, and which language. Small towns need tight circles and Malayalam creative; Kochi needs neighbourhood ad sets; Gulf-facing sellers need a separate audience abroad.

  • Radius drawn from where buyers actually come from
  • Malayalam and English ads tested side by side
  • Gulf audiences for property, admissions and weddings

Google Ads where demand already exists

Search ads on what people type in each town, Manglish spellings included, with Google forwarding numbers so phone calls count as enquiries. The structure is the same from Thodupuzha to Aluva; the keywords and budget are not.

  • A keyword list per town, never one list for Kerala
  • Calls tracked through forwarding numbers
  • Budgets sized to local search demand

Local SEO, one town at a time

Local results depend heavily on distance, so a business ranks in its own town before anywhere else. We fix the Business Profile, write a page per service in Malayalam and English, and leave alone towns where you have no premises.

  • One profile per staffed location
  • Malayalam pages on their own URLs
  • Reviews asked for after every job, never bought

Websites built for a Kerala phone signal

Static pages that load quickly on a weak connection between towns, Malayalam versions where customers read Malayalam, and every form and WhatsApp tap tracked. Shopify when you ship across Kerala or India.

  • Malayalam and English versions

Kerala-wide mistakes

Six ways Kerala businesses waste their marketing money

These patterns show up in towns and cities alike, from Thodupuzha to Kochi. None is about creativity. Each is a choice about language, audience, timing or ownership that someone made once and nobody revisited.

Advertising only in English

Many Kerala businesses advertise in English because their agency writes in English. Yet Malayalam is the language of almost the whole state, and plenty of people type it in Latin letters. English-only ads miss the most responsive audience. We run Malayalam beside English and let the cost per enquiry set the split.

Forgetting the buyer in the Gulf

A plot near Muvattupuzha, a flat in Kakkanad or a college seat is often decided by a son or daughter abroad, browsing late at night on Gulf time. Campaigns aimed only at Kerala never reach them. We add Gulf audiences where the product suits it and set the WhatsApp assistant to answer on their hours.

One flat budget through the festival year

Onam, Vishu, Christmas, the wedding months and the admissions season move demand in Kerala, and they arrive on roughly the same dates every year. Accounts that spend the same every day overpay in quiet weeks and run dry in busy ones. We map the year in advance and move money to meet the calendar.

Accounts that belong to the agency

Across Kerala we meet owners whose Facebook page, ad account or domain still belongs to an agency they left years ago. Some cannot get their own website back. Everything we create is opened under your business’s name and email; we hold manager access only, and you can remove it whenever you like.

City tactics in a small town

Advice written for Kochi, with broad audiences and large monthly budgets, wastes money in Perumbavoor or Thodupuzha, where the market is a few kilometres wide and customers know the shop by name. Small towns reward a tight radius, real photographs of real staff, and a phone that the owner actually answers.

Enquiries answered the next day

In much of Kerala the owner is also the salesperson, and WhatsApp enquiries wait until the shutters come down. By then the buyer has asked two competitors. An AI assistant on your own WhatsApp number replies at once, collects the details you need, and leaves a summary for you to pick up.

Where we visit

Seven places we visit, and how the district fits together

Ernakulam district brings in more revenue than any other in Kerala, and it is not one market. Kochi and its suburbs are the city end. To the east, Kothamangalam and Muvattupuzha sit where the plains rise towards the high ranges, with Thodupuzha just across the line in Idukki, that district’s largest town. Perumbavoor, Aluva and Angamaly form a northern belt running from the plywood mills to the Periyar and the airport.

We group visits by road. The Aluva–Munnar road runs from our office through Perumbavoor, where it crosses the MC Road, and on to Aluva; Angamaly is reached through Kalady. Muvattupuzha and Thodupuzha lie on the southern side. Kochi gets a fixed appointment. Clients in Kothamangalam can simply walk into the office. Everywhere on the list, the first meeting happens at your shop, office, campus or unit.

Outside the seven, we work remotely and say so at the start. A furniture maker in Thrissur or a homestay in Wayanad gets the same audit over a screen share, with photographs and video you send instead of ones we shoot. Review meetings happen by video, on dates agreed in the scope. If on-site work is unavoidable, we agree it in the written scope before anything begins.

Gulf-facing Kerala businesses form a third group: builders, colleges, wedding venues, cargo agents and clinics whose buyers live in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Oman. We run audiences abroad as well as at home, write Malayalam for the family and English for the paperwork, and let the WhatsApp assistant answer on Gulf hours. If you sell to buyers inside the UAE, see our page on Google Ads in the UAE.

Distances are road kilometres from our office in Nellikuzhi. Each name opens the page written for that place, with its own market, searches and visit arrangements.

In person or remote

Three ways to work with us, wherever you are in Kerala

In person, in the seven places

For businesses in Kothamangalam, Muvattupuzha, Perumbavoor, Thodupuzha, Angamaly, Aluva and Kochi. The audit happens at your premises. If you hire us, ads, pages, Business Profile and WhatsApp run as one account with one report, and we sit down with you at your place or ours, as often as the written scope sets out.

Remote, across Kerala and the Gulf

For the rest of the state and for Kerala firms whose customers live abroad. The audit runs on a screen share with your accounts open; monthly reviews are video calls. You send photographs from site, or we brief a local photographer you hire. Ownership terms, reports and response times match the in-person service exactly.

Train your own person

Many owners would rather a family member or an employee run the marketing. The academy’s one-month Malayalam digital marketing course for business owners teaches it online, in the language they think in, with recordings. We can set the accounts up correctly before the course begins.

Working with us

How we work with clients in different parts of Kerala

How visits are arranged

Tell us your town and two days that suit you. We group visits by route, so a Perumbavoor meeting may share a morning with one in Aluva, and Thodupuzha with Muvattupuzha. Kochi gets a fixed appointment. We stay as long as the audit needs and send the written notes afterwards.

One set of terms everywhere

Wherever you are, the terms are identical: accounts in your business’s name, ad spend on your own card with no margin, no lock-in contract, and a report that counts enquiries, calls and WhatsApp chats. A remote client in Kozhikode gets the same access and the same report as a shop down our road.

Hours, languages and time zones

Our team works Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm IST, and answers Sunday messages on Monday morning. For Gulf-facing accounts the WhatsApp assistant replies at any hour in Malayalam or English, so a buyer writing from Dubai after work is answered at once and handed to your staff in the morning.

What we will not claim

We will not list a town office we do not have, create Business Profiles at addresses nobody staffs, buy reviews, promise rankings or quote results figures. If your town is outside the seven, we tell you before the audit that the work is remote, not after you have agreed to anything.

Questions

What businesses across Kerala ask us first

Which places in Kerala do you visit in person?
Seven: Kothamangalam, where our office is, plus Muvattupuzha, Perumbavoor, Thodupuzha, Angamaly, Aluva and Kochi. In all seven the first meeting and the audit happen at your premises, Monday to Saturday. Kochi visits are by appointment because of the drive. Clients in Kothamangalam can also walk into the office near IGIDS in Nellikuzhi.
Can you work with a business elsewhere in Kerala, such as Thrissur or Kottayam?
Yes, remotely. The audit runs on a screen share with your ad accounts, Business Profile and website open, and review meetings happen by video on dates we agree. You send photographs and video from your premises. Everything else, from account ownership to the report format, is the same as for a client we visit.
How do you price work for businesses in different towns?
We do not publish package prices, because a two-person shop in Perumbavoor and a builder in Kochi need different amounts of work. The free audit ends with a written scope and a figure. Ad spend is separate, charged by Google and Meta to your own card, with nothing added by us. Smaller towns usually need smaller ad budgets.
Should a Kerala business advertise in Malayalam, English or both?
Usually both, in separate ad sets and on separate pages, so you can see which brings cheaper enquiries. Malayalam tends to win with local families and older buyers; English often wins with students, professionals in Kochi and buyers searching from abroad. Manglish matters for search keywords, because many people type Malayalam words in English letters.
How do you reach Kerala families who live in the Gulf?
We create a separate audience for Malayalam speakers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Oman, with creative written for a family deciding from abroad. The WhatsApp assistant answers on Gulf hours and books calls for when the buyer is free. Property ads for registered projects carry the K-RERA number, wherever they run.
When should we start planning an Onam or admissions campaign?
Six to eight weeks before the peak. That leaves time to shoot creative, build a landing page, test two or three versions at a small budget and then spend properly when demand rises. Campaigns started the week before Onam pay festival prices for untested ads. We put the year’s calendar in writing at the start.
