A digital marketing agency for Aluva businesses, so the metro crowd stops at your counter

Aluva is where the metro ends, the Idukki travellers catch their trains and the Munnar road begins, so a great deal of Kerala passes through it and much of it rides on to Edappally. We run Meta ads, Google Ads, SEO and websites for Aluva businesses that want those people to stop with them instead. Our office is about 35 km east on that same Munnar road, and we come to you. For the do-it-yourself version, read our Aluva guide.

Why now

Why Aluva businesses are rethinking their marketing now

Since the metro opened in June 2017, Aluva has behaved less like the last town before Kochi and more like its first stop. That cuts both ways. Shoppers from Desom, Edathala and the Paravur side can reach Edappally in one ride, and they compare your price with the mall on a phone before leaving home. A shop that is missing from that screen loses the sale without ever meeting the customer.

The town also empties every morning. Commuters leave for the Kalamassery industrial estate, Infopark at Kakkanad and the airport, and do their searching at night, on WhatsApp and Instagram, often in Manglish. Kochi businesses with bigger budgets draw radius ads that reach across the Periyar into Aluva. Owners who could once count on the station crowd and the market are finding that footfall alone no longer fills the day.

We are not a Kochi agency. Our office is in Nellikuzhi, Kothamangalam, on the Aluva–Munnar road that starts in your town and runs through Perumbavoor to us. We drive in for the first meeting and the audit, look at your shop the way a customer arriving from the metro would, and then run the work on WhatsApp with a monthly review.

What we run

Four services we run for Aluva shops, offices and suppliers

Each card links to the detailed service page. Most Aluva owners need the Business Profile fixed and one paid channel, and the audit says which channel before a rupee is spent.

Meta ads that stay on this side of Edappally

A radius drawn around your shop instead of the whole of Kochi, with separate ad sets for the town, Kalamassery and the Paravur side, so you can see which one actually replies. Creative in Malayalam and English, click-to-WhatsApp as the action, and chats counted rather than likes.

  • Ad sets split by locality, each on its own small budget
  • Festival and Sivarathri-season offers scheduled weeks ahead
  • Every chat answered within minutes, then handed to your staff

Search · Maps · calls

Google Ads for people already searching

Search campaigns on the phrases Aluva customers type, including “near Aluva metro” and the Manglish versions, plus Local ads on Maps. For suppliers to the Kalamassery and Eloor units, campaigns run in factory working hours. Google forwarding numbers put every phone call into the report.

  • Ad schedule matched to when your buyers actually ring
  • Walk-in buyers and trade enquiries in separate campaigns
  • Search terms read weekly and the wasted ones excluded

Maps · organic

SEO and a Business Profile that names your landmark

In a town of busy junctions, a pin that lands one road off costs you the visit. We correct the profile’s address, pin, categories, hours and photos, describe the route from the metro or the KSRTC stand, and write service pages in Malayalam and English that can rank without paying per click.

  • Duplicate and outdated listings found and merged
  • A review request after each sale, never bought
  • One page per service, each on its own URL

Static · fast · Malayalam

Websites that open on a moving train

Pages built as static HTML, so they load on a phone somewhere between Aluva and Kalamassery, with a call button, a WhatsApp button and a Malayalam version where buyers want one. Trade suppliers get a plain catalogue of what they make; retailers selling beyond Kerala get a Shopify store.

  • Every call, form and WhatsApp tap counted in GA4
  • No plugins to update or break
  • Domain and hosting registered in your own name

The local market

How Aluva trades: a small town with a long reach

On paper Aluva is small: 22,428 people in a municipality of about seven square kilometres at the 2011 census. In practice it is the taluk headquarters and the market town for a ring of large panchayats; Edathala alone counted 77,811 people that year. Choornikkara, Keezhmad, Kadungalloor and Karumalloor add more, and their residents bank, shop, study and catch trains in Aluva. Your customers mostly live outside the municipal line, so your targeting should too.

Movement is the town’s trade. The railway station is the third busiest in Kochi, and travellers from Idukki use it because their district has no railhead. The KSRTC stand sits beside the station, the metro’s northern terminus is about a kilometre away, and a feeder e-bus runs from the metro station to the airport, 15 km off. Lodges, restaurants, phone shops and travel agents near the station live on that flow; everyone else has to catch it on a phone.

Three corridors carry the money. South, NH 544 runs through Kalamassery, with its industrial estate, CUSAT and the Government Medical College, down to Edappally. West, the 18 km Aluva–Paravur road carries shops, homes and Union Christian College to North Paravur. East, the Aluva–Munnar road heads through Perumbavoor’s plywood belt to Kothamangalam. Beside the town, Eloor’s island of chemical and fertiliser units, FACT among them, buys services, spares and transport, and searches for them like any other buyer.

The calendar has its own peak. Aluva Sivarathri, held on the Manappuram sandbanks of the Periyar in the month of Kumbham, which falls in February or March, fills the riverside with stalls for about two weeks, and food, travel and retail searches move with it. Federal Bank’s head office keeps a banking crowd in town on working days. Competition is mixed: Kochi agencies pitch here, Kochi advertisers reach in, and many Aluva shops still run on a signboard and a phone number.

Most of these places sit outside the municipal boundary yet shop, bank and take the train in Aluva. In the audit, your own Business Profile insights show which of them actually reach your counter.

First 90 days

Your first ninety days with us in Aluva

Week 1

The audit at your premises

We drive in from Nellikuzhi and spend about an hour at your shop, office or unit. We test your Maps pin from the metro station and the main road, read your WhatsApp history, open any ad accounts and note which localities your customers come from. You keep the written findings whatever you decide.

Weeks 2–4

Fix the free things first

The Business Profile is corrected, duplicates merged, hours and photos updated, and a review request added to your billing routine. Ad accounts and the website domain move into your name if they are not already there. A WhatsApp assistant starts answering enquiries within minutes, and your staff take over each conversation.

Weeks 5–8

One paid channel, measured

Either a Meta campaign with locality ad sets or a Google Search campaign with a forwarding number, rarely both at once; the audit decides which. Pages for your main services go live in Malayalam and English, and every call, chat and form is counted from the first day.

Weeks 9–12

Keep what earns, drop what doesn’t

With two months of enquiries counted by locality and channel, budget moves towards whatever produced customers and the rest stops. If Sivarathri or a festival season is close, that campaign is planned now. You get a plain report and our recommendation for the next quarter.

Working with us

How working with us looks from Aluva

We drive in, then stay on WhatsApp

The first meeting and the audit happen in Aluva, at your premises, on any day from Monday to Saturday. After that most work runs on WhatsApp with a monthly review, in person or on a call, as you prefer. When something on site needs changing, such as a signboard or a shelf of stock to photograph, we come back.

Accounts in your name from day one

Your Meta Business Manager, Google Ads account, Business Profile, domain and hosting are opened with your email and your card, and we are added as managers. Ad spend goes from your card directly to Google and Meta. If you stop working with us, you remove our access and keep every record.

Hours and languages

We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm; a Sunday message gets an answer on Monday morning. Our own team writes the Malayalam for your ads, pages and WhatsApp replies, and answers your customers in the language they wrote in, whether Malayalam, English or Manglish.

What we will not do

We do not promise rankings, buy reviews, or publish client names and results figures. We will not run an ad for a registered property project without its K-RERA number. Clinics and hospitals around Aluva advertise under medical rules, which our Kochi clinic marketing page covers, Aluva included.

Questions

What Aluva business owners ask us

Do you actually come to Aluva, or is everything done on calls?
We come to Aluva. Our office is in Nellikuzhi, Kothamangalam, about 35 km away on the Aluva–Munnar road, and we drive in for the first meeting and the audit on any day from Monday to Saturday. After that, most clients prefer WhatsApp and a monthly review, and we visit again whenever something at your premises has to change.
My shop is near the metro. Should my ads cover Kochi as well?
Usually not at first. A wide Kochi audience spends your budget on people who will never ride up to Aluva for what you sell. We start with a radius around the shop and separate ad sets for the localities your customers already come from, then widen only if the cost per chat or call stays sensible. The numbers decide, not a hunch.
How do you price digital marketing for an Aluva business?
We do not publish package prices, because a lodge near the station and a supplier to the Kalamassery units are different jobs. The audit costs you nothing, and afterwards you get a written scope with our fee stated in it. Ad spend is separate, billed by Google or Meta to your own card, and we add no margin. You can stop in any month.
Most of our customers phone instead of filling in forms. Can calls be tracked?
Yes. Google forwarding numbers are available in India, so a call that comes from a Google ad is counted in the report with its time and duration. On Meta, the click-to-WhatsApp chat is the measurable action. Together they show which channel made your phone ring, which a report of clicks and reach cannot.
We supply factories in Kalamassery and Eloor. Does online advertising reach trade buyers?
More often than owners expect, but through search rather than social feeds. A maintenance or purchase manager looks for a part, a service or a contractor during working hours. A Google Search campaign scheduled for those hours, a plain page listing what you make and your capacity, and a complete Business Profile usually do more for a trade supplier than any Instagram post.
Is it worth planning anything around Aluva Sivarathri?
If you sell food, travel, retail or rooms, yes. The festival on the Manappuram brings crowds and riverside stalls for about two weeks in February or March, and searches around the town move with it. We plan offers, Business Profile posts and any Meta ads a few weeks ahead, and pause them when the crowds leave, so the spend follows the season.
