Google Ads management in the UAE, measured by the enquiries you book
The UAE accounts we are asked to review tend to share three gaps: ads that show across emirates the business cannot serve, WhatsApp enquiries that never get counted, and no link between a click and a sale. We set up and run Google Ads that close those gaps, and connect them to an AI assistant on WhatsApp so every enquiry gets an answer within minutes.
- HoursMonday–Saturday, 7:30am–4:30pm Dubai time (9am–6pm in Kerala)
- OfficeNone in the UAE. We run your account remotely from Kothamangalam, Kerala
- BillingGoogle bills your own account. We never add a margin to ad spend
Six ways a UAE Google Ads account loses money
None of these show up as an error in the account. The campaigns keep spending, the dashboard shows clicks, and the business wonders why the phone is quiet.
Ads shown in emirates you do not serve
A Sharjah service company targeting “United Arab Emirates” pays for clicks from Abu Dhabi residents who will never book. Google’s default location option also reaches people abroad who are only researching the UAE.
WhatsApp enquiries nobody counts
Plenty of UAE buyers tap the WhatsApp button instead of filling in a form. If that tap is not a conversion, Google’s automated bidding optimises towards the minority who use the form.
Phone calls Google cannot measure
Google forwarding numbers are not offered in the UAE, so call assets cannot report call length or turn a long call into a conversion. Without another method, every call looks like nothing happened.
An account the previous agency owns
When the account lives in an agency’s manager account and is paid on its card, changing agency can mean starting from zero: no history, no audiences, no conversion data.
Disapprovals and suspensions
Property, health and finance ads carry extra rules, and a trade licence that does not match the payments profile can stall advertiser verification. Either can stop every ad at once. See what to do when Google suspends an account.
Enquiries answered too late
A lead that arrives at 9pm and gets a reply the next afternoon has often spoken to two competitors by then. The ad did its job; the follow-up did not.
Ads, instant follow-up, and the numbers that connect them
We start with the part most agencies skip: what happens after the click. Campaigns are only as good as the signal they learn from, and in the UAE that signal mostly arrives on WhatsApp.
Automation & AI
- An AI assistant on your WhatsApp number that replies to ad enquiries within minutes, day or night
- Qualifying questions in English or Arabic before a lead reaches your sales team
- Qualified leads sent back to Google Ads, so bidding learns which searches produce customers
- Instant alerts to the right salesperson, with the search term that brought the lead
Campaigns
- Search campaigns split by service and by emirate, with budgets you can see separately
- Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube where the business and tracking can support them
- Separate English and Arabic ad groups, each with its own ads and landing page
- Search-term reviews every week, with negative keywords added before waste builds up
Foundations
- An audit of the existing account, its settings and its conversion history
- Advertiser verification prepared with documents that match your payments profile
- Tag Manager tracking for forms, tap-to-call and WhatsApp clicks, linked to GA4
- Landing pages fixed or built: fast on mobile, with Arabic pages laid out right to left
How the tracking fits together. Because the UAE has no Google forwarding numbers, we count a tap on WhatsApp or on your phone number as the first signal, then report the leads your team qualifies a day or two later. The full method is in our guide to tracking WhatsApp and call leads from Google Ads.
Fix it once, let us run it, or train your own person
A one-off audit and fix
We go through the account, the tracking and the landing pages, fix what is broken and hand it back with a written list. This suits businesses that already have someone running ads and want a second pair of eyes.
Monthly management
We run the campaigns, the WhatsApp follow-up and the reporting, and speak to you every week. The fee is agreed in dirhams after the audit. Ad spend stays on your own card, paid straight to Google.
Train your in-house marketer
If you would rather keep paid search in-house, our academy’s Advanced Performance Marketing course runs for eight weeks, online or in Kerala, with trainees managing live Google and Meta campaigns.
Account settings that matter more in the UAE
Most of these are a dropdown in Google Ads. Left on their defaults, they quietly spread the budget across people who cannot buy from you.
| Setting | Google’s default | What we set for UAE accounts |
|---|---|---|
| Locations | The whole country, shown to people “in or interested in” it | The emirates or the radius around your branches you actually serve, shown only to people located there, unless you sell to visitors |
| Language | Usually English only | English and Arabic in separate ad groups, each sending clicks to a page in the same language |
| Currency and time zone | Whatever was picked at sign-up | AED and Dubai time from day one, because Google does not let you change either later |
| Ad schedule | All hours, every day | Bids raised in the hours your team answers; the WhatsApp assistant covers nights and the Saturday–Sunday weekend |
| Call measurement | Call reporting through a Google forwarding number | Not available in the UAE, so tap-to-call and WhatsApp clicks become conversions, followed by qualified leads imported from your CRM |
| Seasonal budgets | The same daily budget all year | A plan for Ramadan 2027, expected to begin around 8 February, and for both Eid holidays |

Where the rules shape the campaign before the keywords do
Real estate
Permit first, then the ad
Property listing ads in Dubai need a Trakheesi advertising permit from the Dubai Land Department, and what the ad says has to match what the permit covers.
- Ads and landing pages built around the permit details you hold
- Project and community campaigns kept apart from brand searches
Clinics & dental
Licensed copy only
Health advertising in the UAE needs a MOHAP licence, and Google restricts some treatment claims and targeting on its side.
- Keywords and ads written to the facility’s licence and the regulator’s wording
- No campaign goes live before the approval is in place
Financial products
Policy and regulator together
Brokers and other financial firms deal with Google’s financial services policy as well as their own regulator, and the two do not always ask for the same thing.
- Accounts set up so verification and disclosures line up from the start
- Lead qualification that filters out applicants you cannot onboard
Outside the regulated sectors, we also run search campaigns for door-to-door cargo companies, online stores and Ayurveda centres, each with its own way of qualifying a lead.
A Kerala team on your account: how it works day to day
We already run UAE accounts
We run Google Ads for clients in the UAE today. Their names and numbers stay private unless a client agrees in writing, so ask us on the audit call how we would approach a business like yours.
Your account, your card
The account is opened in your company’s name and billed to your card or bank, and we join it as users. If we stop working together, you remove our access and keep everything we built.
Hours that overlap yours
Kerala is 90 minutes ahead of the UAE, so our day runs from 7:30am to 4:30pm in Dubai, Monday to Saturday. A message sent on Sunday is answered on Monday morning.
Arabic that someone checks
We draft Arabic ads and landing pages, and an Arabic speaker on your side approves them before anything goes live. Nothing ships on a machine translation.
