Beeps Digital is not Google. For Google’s own help, existing advertisers can call 8000 444 0862 in the UAE or 800‑844‑8221 in Saudi Arabia, Sunday to Thursday, signed in and with the customer ID ready. New advertisers can get free set-up help on 8000 330 5769 (UAE) or 800 844 8259 (Saudi Arabia). Numbers checked on Google’s help pages on 4 October 2026.

First, decide who you are trying to reach

“Google Ads support” covers two very different needs. One is help from Google itself: a billing question, a policy you do not understand, a verification step that keeps failing, a button that has moved. The other is someone who will open your account, work out why it is not producing enquiries, and fix it. Google’s teams handle the first well. The second is not their job.

We should be clear about where we stand. Beeps Digital is an agency in Kerala that runs Google Ads for clients in the UAE and in Saudi Arabia. We are not Google, we cannot see inside Google’s systems, and nobody outside Google can “escalate” your case for a fee. So this guide gives Google’s own channels first, exactly as Google lists them, and only then explains when outside help makes sense.

Google’s own phone lines for the UAE and Saudi Arabia

Google runs two separate lines in each country. The first is its worldwide phone support for people who already advertise. The second connects new or prospective advertisers with a Google Ads Expert for free help setting up campaigns, including people who do not have an account yet.

One detail worth noticing: Google lists Sunday to Thursday for both countries. That matches the Saudi working week. In the UAE, where the weekend has been Saturday and Sunday since 2022, it means Friday falls outside the listed days, so a problem that appears on a Thursday evening may have to wait for Sunday.

What to have ready before you call

A support call goes faster, and ends with an answer more often, when the agent can find your account and see the problem in the first minute. Google asks callers to confirm they have access to the account they want to discuss and can verify their identity. In practice, prepare:

  • The 10-digit customer ID, shown at the top of the account next to its name.
  • A login with access to that account. If an old agency holds the only admin login, sort that out first; Google will not discuss an account with someone who cannot show access to it.
  • The exact wording of any notice: the disapproval reason, the policy name, or the billing message, copied or screenshotted with the date.
  • What changed and when: a new card, a new website, a new campaign type, a change of business name.
  • For billing questions, the invoice or transaction reference from the billing section.

Call from a landline if you can. Google notes that landline calls are free, while a mobile operator may charge for the call.

Other ways to reach Google

Google says plainly that worldwide phone support may not be available for every advertiser. If the phone route is closed to you, there are three others:

  • Contact us in the Help Center. Sign in with the account concerned first; the options offered depend on the issue and the account.
  • The Google Ads Community. Useful for “is this normal?” questions, and searchable, since most problems have been asked about before.
  • Skillshop. Google’s free training, for anyone on your team who needs to learn the platform rather than fix a single problem.

Suspensions are different. Ads in a suspended account stop running, but the account stays viewable, and the way back is the appeal linked from the suspension notice, not a phone call. We have written a separate guide on what to do about a suspended Google Ads account in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.

What Google’s teams do well

Used for the right questions, Google’s support saves a lot of time:

  • Billing and payments. Failed charges, invoices and payment profiles.
  • Explaining a policy decision. Which policy an ad breached and what Google expects to see instead.
  • Verification steps. What Google is asking for and why a submission was rejected.
  • How-to questions. Where a setting lives, how a campaign type works, why a report looks different from last month.
  • Getting started. The Expert line helps new advertisers with website evaluation, choosing an ad type, campaign set-up, budgets and bidding.

What it cannot do for you

The limits are structural, not a failing of the people on the phone. A support agent sees your account for a few minutes and does not know your margins, your sales process or which enquiries actually became customers. That shapes what they can offer:

  • They do not rebuild tracking or landing pages. If enquiries are not being counted, the account can look healthy while the business sees nothing.
  • They cannot reverse a policy decision on the call. Reviews and appeals go through Google’s process, and Google says suspended accounts are reinstated only in compelling circumstances, such as a mistake.
  • Their suggestions are general product advice. Raising a budget, switching to broad match or moving to automated bidding can be good advice, but only when conversion tracking reflects real leads. Nobody on a support call can check that for you.
  • The optimisation score is not a profit score. It rises as you apply Google’s recommendations; it does not measure whether those recommendations made you money.

Problems that are specific to Gulf accounts

Some of the issues we see most in UAE and Saudi accounts are not bugs that support can fix, because nothing is technically broken. They come from how the account was set up:

  • Calls nobody can see. Google forwarding numbers are not offered in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, so call assets cannot report call length. Calls have to be measured another way, which our guide to WhatsApp and call tracking for Google Ads explains.
  • WhatsApp enquiries that never count. If a tap on your WhatsApp button is not a conversion, automated bidding learns only from form fills.
  • The wrong currency or time zone. Both are fixed when the account is created and cannot be changed later. An account opened in US dollars on another country’s time stays that way.
  • Names that do not match. Advertiser verification expects the name on your trade licence or commercial registration to match the payments profile exactly. A trading name in one place and a legal name in another is enough to stall it.
  • Personal accounts. Google Ads can be used only for business purposes in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and Google asks anyone using it for non-business reasons to cancel.

When to bring in a specialist

Call Google first for anything about billing, a policy notice or verification. Bring in outside help when the problem is the result rather than the platform:

  • The account spends every month but you cannot say how many enquiries it produced.
  • Ads in a regulated sector, such as property, health or finance, keep getting disapproved.
  • The agency that set up the account has gone, and so has the access.
  • You need Arabic campaigns and nobody on the team can write or check them.
  • Enquiries arrive, but nobody answers them quickly enough to win the sale.

If that sounds like your account, our pages on Google Ads management in the UAE and Google Ads management in Saudi Arabia set out how we work. Whoever you hire, our checklist for choosing a marketing agency in the GCC covers the questions to ask, starting with who owns the account.

What outside help looks like in practice

Good outside help leaves you owning everything. The account stays in your company’s name and on your card, Google bills you directly, and the specialist works through a user login you can remove. Typically it takes one of three forms:

  1. An audit and fix. A review of settings, tracking, search terms and landing pages, the fixes made, and a written list handed back to whoever runs the account.
  2. Ongoing management. Someone runs the campaigns week to week and reports in cost per qualified lead, in dirhams or riyals.
  3. Training. Your own marketer learns to run the account. Our academy’s Advanced Performance Marketing course covers Google and Meta campaigns on live accounts.

Whichever you choose, ask for the first conversation to be about tracking. Until enquiries are counted properly, every other recommendation, from Google or from anyone else, is a guess.

The short version

For billing, policy notices and verification, go to Google first: 8000 444 0862 in the UAE or 800-844-8221 in Saudi Arabia for existing advertisers, and the free Expert lines for new ones. For suspensions, use the appeal in the account. When the platform works but the results do not, you need someone who can fix tracking, targeting and follow-up, and that is where our UAE and Saudi Google Ads management comes in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a Google Ads customer care number for Dubai and the UAE?
Yes. Google lists 8000 444 0862 for existing advertisers in the UAE, from 9am to 6pm GMT+4, Sunday to Thursday, in Arabic, English and French. Separately, 8000 330 5769 connects new advertisers with a Google Ads Expert for free set-up help. Sign in first and have your 10-digit customer ID ready. Numbers checked 4 October 2026.
Does Google Ads phone support speak Arabic?
Google lists Arabic, English and French for its worldwide phone lines in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia. If you would rather explain a technical problem in Arabic, say so at the start of the call. For written requests, the Contact us options in the Help Center are available while you are signed in to the account concerned.
Can Google support reinstate a suspended account over the phone?
Do not count on it. Reinstatement goes through the appeal linked in the suspension notice, and Google says accounts are reinstated only in compelling circumstances, such as a mistake. A phone agent can help you understand which policy was applied and how the appeal works, which is still worth doing before you write it.
Is Google's help with Google Ads free?
Yes. Phone support for advertisers and the one-to-one help from a Google Ads Expert cost nothing. Google notes that calls from a landline are free, while your mobile operator may charge for calls from a mobile phone. You never need to pay a third party to reach Google itself.
Why does Google say phone support is not available for my account?
Google states that worldwide phone support may not be available for all advertisers. In that case use the Contact us options in the Help Center while signed in, post in the Google Ads Community, or, for a suspension or disapproval, use the appeal route shown in the account. Outside help is the next step if none of those resolves it.
Should we accept the changes Google's team recommends?
Treat them as advice, not instructions. Check first that your conversion tracking counts real enquiries, because suggestions such as raising budgets or loosening keyword matching depend on it. Accept changes one at a time and note the date of each, so you can tell what helped and undo what did not.
