Why agentic AI skills matter in the UAE right now

On 23 April 2026 the UAE Cabinet announced a framework to move 50% of federal government sectors, services and operations to agentic AI within two years. On 18 May it approved a programme to train 80,000 federal employees in agentic AI tools.

Dubai has set the same horizon for business. On 4 May Sheikh Hamdan launched a two-year programme to move Dubai's private sector towards agentic AI; the executive plan he reviewed in June aims to empower 295,000 companies in Dubai, and Dubai Chambers opened training tracks for more than 14,000 member companies on 1 September.

For someone working in the UAE, the practical meaning is simple. Companies will need people who can build, connect and supervise agents, not only people who can use a chatbot. If you already know how your own industry works, from a clinic front desk to a logistics yard, adding the ability to automate that work is a strong position to be in.

Four things to know before you apply

There is no Beeps office in the UAE. Beeps Academy is at Nellikuzhi, Kothamangalam, in Kerala, run by Beeps Digital, an AI automation agency. Learners in the Emirates are taught live online, and we would rather say so than list an address we do not occupy.

The certificate is ours, not a degree. The certificate of completion is issued by Beeps Digital Private Limited and records the training and projects you completed. It is not a university degree or a UAE-accredited qualification. What employers respond to is the portfolio: agents they can watch working.

We do not promise a job in the UAE. The internship is real client work for Beeps Digital, done remotely, and it gives you projects and a letter of recommendation. Finding a role in the UAE is still your search.
