Why now

Qatar has moved from AI pilots to agents in production

At the Google Cloud Summit in Doha on 22 September 2026, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s assistant undersecretary for infrastructure said cloud platforms were now “providing the foundation to integrate advanced and agentic AI capabilities into core government operations”. The same report described Ooredoo and Vodafone Qatar running automated agents for network management, beIN and Aspire Zone using automated workflows for live media and athlete telemetry, Qatar University automating administrative governance, and the University of Doha for Science and Technology prototyping agents for energy, logistics and healthcare. A national skilling initiative with the Qatar Digital Academy is to deliver more than 50,000 structured learning opportunities by 2030.

Four weeks later, on 20 October 2026, the Amir ratified Cabinet Decision No. 34 of 2026, which creates a National Center for AI inside the ministry to lead and coordinate AI efforts nationwide, prepare the National AI Strategy, help entities adopt AI applications and promote data use across sectors, alongside a new department for digital capability development and training. This sits under Digital Agenda 2030, launched in February 2024.

For someone working in Qatar the practical meaning is simple. Organisations that have decided to run agents need people who can build one that answers from company documents, qualifies a WhatsApp enquiry, or picks up a phone call, and who can keep it running when the API behind it fails at 2am. If you already understand how your clinic, port, bank or contractor actually works, adding that skill puts you in a small group.

What you build

Seven working agents, each one a thing a Doha business would pay for

Nothing in the course stays on slides. These are the builds, in the order you make them, with the Qatari workplace they map to.

💬
An enquiry agent on WhatsApp
In Qatar the first message from a patient, a tenant or a buyer arrives on WhatsApp. Weeks four and five put an agent on the WhatsApp Business API that replies, asks the qualifying questions, and books the slot, for a clinic in Al Sadd or a brokerage in Lusail.
📚
A document agent with citations
Tender files, QCS clauses, HR handbooks and supplier price lists live in shared drives nobody searches. Weeks eight and nine build a retrieval agent that reads those files, answers in plain language and points to the page the answer came from.
📞
An agent that takes phone calls
Week ten gives an agent a phone number. It understands the caller, qualifies them and books the appointment on its own, using Vapi or Retell with ElevenLabs voices, which is how a Doha dental chain handles after-hours calls.
🏁
One joined-up business system
The capstone connects capture, qualification, email, CRM and reporting into a single automated pipeline, recorded as a demo video and pushed to GitHub, so an employer in West Bay can watch it run before the interview.
Curriculum

Twelve weeks in six modules

Qatar learners follow the identical syllabus to our Kerala campus batches. The week-by-week breakdown, tool list and portfolio pieces are on the Agentic AI & Automation course page.

⚙️
Weeks 1–3 · Workflows first
You start in n8n and Make.com: triggers, webhooks, calling an API, handling an error without the whole flow dying, and scheduling. The module closes with a weekly report that writes and sends itself.
💬
Weeks 4–5 · WhatsApp and chatbots
Connecting the WhatsApp Business API, designing a qualification and booking conversation, loading a knowledge base, handing off to a human, and embedding a chatbot on a website.
🤖
Weeks 6–7 · Agents, then teams of agents
CrewAI agents with a role, a goal and tools, followed by several agents dividing a job between them. LangChain is introduced beside CrewAI so you can read both.
📚
Weeks 8–9 · Agents that know your data
Vector databases and document pipelines for retrieval, memory so an agent remembers the customer, long-running agents, and the monitoring you need once one is live.
📞
Week 10 · Voice
Speech pipelines, inbound call handling and booking by voice with Vapi, Retell and ElevenLabs.
🏁
Weeks 11–12 · Systems and capstone
Designing an end-to-end automation, writing the documentation a client expects, setting up error alerts, then presenting your capstone and portfolio.

From Qatar

The practical side, from a Doha working week

You never travel to Kerala for any part of this.

🗓️
Batches that respect Sunday to Thursday
Sessions are live, twice a week, in evening or weekend batches. Qatar is two and a half hours behind Kerala, so tell us the hours you keep and we match you to a batch before any payment.
🎥
Every class recorded
Ras Laffan rotations, Ramadan timings and late shifts are normal here. Each session’s recording reaches you within 24 hours, and your questions go to the next live class.
💳
The fee, in rupees
₹22,250 charged in Indian rupees, with ₹2,000 off when you register two weeks before the batch opens. Riyal billing is not available.
🧑‍💻
A remote internship on real clients
The month after training is spent building n8n workflows, agents and WhatsApp bots for Beeps Digital’s own clients, from Qatar, over the internet. It is part of the fee and is unpaid.
💻
Kit
A laptop, dependable internet and a few practice hours a week. Tool accounts are set up as the course goes, on free tiers wherever one exists.
📜
On the way out
A completion certificate, an internship certificate, a letter of recommendation, a GitHub portfolio set up with help, and a CV review.
Other ways in

A four-week start, or a cohort for your company

Try four weeks first. AI Agents with n8n is twelve live sessions over four weeks, no code, ₹7,750. If you move on to the Agentic AI course within 90 days, every rupee of that fee is credited to it, so a cautious start costs nothing extra.

Bring your team. Qatar companies that want several staff trained together can have a private live online cohort on the same syllabus, timed around the team. Pick “Training for my team” below or message us on WhatsApp and we will go through size, timing and fees.

Dashboards rather than agents? The data analytics course for Qatar covers Excel, SQL and Power BI in one month, or the full two-month analytics track with Python.

Fit

Who gets the most from it in Qatar

🧑‍💼
People who run the office
Admin, operations and front-desk staff know exactly which tasks repeat. You learn to build the agent that absorbs them, and become the person the company turns to when it rolls agents out.
📈
Sales, marketing and owners of small firms
Qualifying leads, chasing follow-ups, sending reminders and compiling reports are the fastest-paying automations. You build them for your own pipeline, starting on WhatsApp.
💻
Developers and IT teams
CrewAI, LangChain, RAG and voice agents on top of what you already know. Coding experience speeds the agent modules up but is not a requirement to join.

Straight answers

What we are not, said plainly

Not in Qatar. Beeps Academy has one campus, at Nellikuzhi, Kothamangalam, Kerala, and is run by Beeps Digital, an AI automation agency. There is no Doha office, agent or partner centre; Qatar learners attend live online.

Not a degree. The completion certificate comes from Beeps Digital Private Limited and lists what you trained on and built. No Qatar authority has recognised it, and we do not claim otherwise. The agents in your portfolio are what an employer will judge.

Not a placement service. The internship is real work for real Beeps Digital clients and ends with a letter of recommendation, but we make no promise about a job in Qatar afterwards.

Not connected to the announcements above. We have no link to the ministry, the National Center for AI or any skilling programme. Those decisions explain the demand; they do not vouch for us.
